Research & Analysis
Research and Analysis is done at a property level to determine LTV, transaction terms, and proceeds. LTV stands for Loan To Value ratio, which financial institutions use to assess risk. Transaction terms and proceeds are individual to each loan, so they can be assessed based on a borrower's situation.
